Terms and Conditions
The terms that apply when you use our website and services.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website xeralimited.site and any engagement with Xera Limited. By using this website, you agree to these terms.
1. About us
This website is operated by Xera Limited, registered in England & Wales, with its address at 121 Ellerman Avenue, Twickenham, England, TW2 6AB, United Kingdom. Contact [email protected] or +48 884 852 987.
2. Use of the website
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it. All content is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.
3. Information provided
Information on this website is provided for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer or professional advice. Any proposal or quotation is subject to a written agreement.
3a. Scope of our advice
Our consultancy is management consultancy and expressly excludes financial management. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We do not give financial, investment, tax, accountancy, audit, insolvency, insurance, pensions or legal advice, we do not advise on or arrange regulated products, and nothing we produce should be treated as any of those. We are not an employment agency or an employment business and we do not supply or introduce workers. Where a matter requires a regulated, licensed or professionally qualified person, we will say so and decline the work.
3b. Engagements
Scope, deliverables, timescales and fees are agreed in writing before work begins, and work outside that scope is quoted separately. Estimates are given in good faith on the information available at the time and are not fixed prices unless expressly stated to be. Advice relates to the circumstances and information presented to us at the time it is given, and recommendations are for the client to decide upon and act on; we do not make decisions that are properly the client’s and we accept no responsibility for a decision taken on a basis we were not told about. The client is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information and access supplied to us. Intellectual property in commissioned work, and any licence to use it, passes as set out in the engagement, normally on payment in full. Where we process personal data on a client’s behalf, that is governed by a separate written agreement and the client remains the data controller. Nothing on this website is advice for your particular situation.
4. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability in connection with this website is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your visit applies.
